Our Aims and Goals

Our procedures on this matter are as follows

3.2 – Analysis of exam results

Trainees’ results are analysed at the end of each session and manually reported.

Indicators and goals are defined to measure the system’s efficiency and to facilitate the quality policy’s performance.

Corrective actions

  • Analysis of results
  • Trainee(s) and instructor(s) debriefing and detection of dysfunctions.
  • Additional training for instructors and trainees
  • Instructors can be changed if necessary
  • Failure management for unsuccessful trainees

Unsuccessful trainees may attend and participate FREE OF CHARGE in a later session depending on the availability of places. Our goal is the success of our trainees, so we also monitor the examination results of repeaters. A very active group on social networks allows us to follow our ex-trainees in their career progression.
